I grew up in South Carolina and earned my BS in Business Management from the University of South Carolina before relocating to the Seattle area in 2007. Outside the office, I enjoy landscaping, DIY projects, studying aviation, and spending time with my family. Serving others is important to me — I’m actively involved in my church and passionate about giving back, including supporting families impacted by flooding in our area.

ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joel Hensel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
